Content producers can help drive user engagement by paying attention to context. Determining the purpose of a page can no longer be confined to the IT staff. Content producers must be clear as to what they want the user to do on that particular page. Do they want him searching for products? Do they want him downloading lists? Do they want him gathering information about the company?
